Analysis five was completed on the pulley that will sit on the upper beam of the side truss and allow the road deck to be raised. The material was decided to be ABS plastic from a 3D printer and analyzed section of the pulley was the inner channel the twine will sit inside. The minimum diameter was found to be unreasonably small, so the thickness was set to 1.0 mm for the part to printable.
